Our president, Frances Park, found herself solving a common issue in hospitals and clinics, "Where is the money?" they would ask. She was constantly problem solving in a world where clinicians wanted to treat their patients and wash their hands of all the mundane tasks of collecting money. They often knew they were growing in size but would not see the fruits of their labor. The RADA Group was formed when she strategically built a network of experts who can guide the very public servants she cared about so much.
"I would see how hard businesses would work and was shocked to hear that they were struggling. In order for you to continue treating your population, you need to have a consistent revenue stream. I would never expect my accountant to self medicate, why would I ask my physician to do their own billing?"
